What strength training taught me about chess improvement.
Good post! I took a small break from serious chess training before a tourney as I was getting mild "chess burnout". One can't grind everyday.
Slowing down is much better than quitting, healthier too

Excellent post and points made...and a great reminder for me that I need to get out my kettlebells and back to that training as well.
Get those things out! They don't help just sitting there! ;)
So true..and really enjoyed using them as simple but solid workouts. Pavel does quality instruction
