Great game, seemed very instructive for you! Do you have any courses on the openings that you play? Having files on openings helps a lot to understand the variations, even any offbeat sidelines your opponents plays, and you can immediately feel confident out of the opening.
Thanks. I do use GM L’Ami Lifetime Caro Kann. However I have found at least one variation (The Fantasy) which does not hold up well and isn’t being played much at the top levels. The Breyer variation is rare however and I’ve faced it only twice and both times against Mr. Booth. Go figure.
