always excellent material Dr. Vasquez.. thats what ive been doing with chess lately ... "short sprints" really helps me.. interesting you mention Myelin ... i had Guilian Barre Syndrome 24 years ago and the "myelin" sheath around the peripheral nerves is what first goes... anyway thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to write another great article
